« The room was not very clean, the shower was dirty and the drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The shower control does not operate very well and the water pressure is low. During my stay i requested my room to be serviced with clean sheets and clean towels. This did not get done. »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
