'The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton.'

'Rashida Melbourne Australia The room was very clean and tidy. There were free laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, and you don’t need to buy any detergent or softener. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were super helpful. They had a language barrier, but they used a translation machine to communicate. I faced only one issue with the Wi-Fi—maybe it was because of my apps, as not every app worked there. Overall, it was a nice experience and I am 100% satisfied.'

Unica pecca (se bisogna trovarne) personale molto gentile e disponibile, ma non in grado di parlare inglese in alcun modo. Problema gestito con un macchinario per traduzione istantanea, ma che lasciava una macchinositá nella comunicazione. Veramente consigliato!'
