'Prima hotel. Het ziet er heel mooi uit van buiten en van binnen. Ik heb een paar minpunten. De kamer is nogal klein, waardoor je ruimte moet zoeken om je gebed te kunnen doen. En de airco wordt ijskoud 's nachts. Ook al zet je hem op een hogere temperatuur, hij springt toch weer terug naar 16 graden. Het ontbijt is weinig, maar lekker. In de buurt is niet veel te doen, maar dat hoefde de ook niet, want we kwamen hier enkel voor de Lost World of Tambun. Je kunt met de Grab ook naar het Aeon...

'Beautiful old colonial hotel with high-quality traditional furniture (perfectly maintained and freshly painted). Exceptionally lovely service by the owner, who pays good attention to needs and advice. Breakfast and lunch is in the same building (from same owner + discount) and in the same style. Also food is near-perfection.'

'Leuk boutique hotel wat super is ingericht. Hotel heeft twee restaurants en je mag kiezen waar je 's morgens je ontbijt neemt. Ligt op een korte wandeling naar het oude centrum (minuut of tien) dus prima locatie! Bar / restaurant aan de overkant ook leuk met vaak livemuziek.'

'The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay.'

'A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies...

'I liked the premium furnishing in the room. This hotel is manned by polite and pleasant reception staff. McDonalds is behind this hotel. I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit. '

Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. Property is at a walkable distance from the city center and the tourist attractions, as well as a shopping mall.'
