'One elevator was not going to the 5th floor; I had to walk up the stairs. There were chacaroches in one room, and the bathroom was not clean and smelled of urine. The furniture was full of dust and fingerprints from other people renting- the stuff did not get cleaned it! '

'Lady staff at reception was so helpful and friendly . Even the house keeping guts were so helpful and gave service with a smile . Enjoyed my stay here and will look forward to cone back again .'

'كل الشكر للإدارة و العاملين بالفندق على حسن استقبالهم وتعاملهم واهتمامهم وابتسامتهم المشرقة لي. ويعتمد في حين تكرر زيارتي لمدينة تبوك و أوصي به لأي شخص أو عائلة'

'It was a perfect place to stay. So affordable. Immaculate. The staff was incredible. I will be back.'

'It is an excellent 3 star facility which mimics 5 star elements. Small and cosy hotel. This is my second visit to this hotel. I like their service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast is great and they accommodate requests well within capacity. Mall is close but never visited as business trip and hectic. '

'Excellent service and room'

'This hotel is much bigger than you might think from the picture. It has a lot of parking right next to it, and also some in front. The room is clean and spacious and I could not hear any sound coming from the rooms next to mine. I would say the bed firmness on a scale from 1-10 (ten being like a door) is around 8, which i think is perfect. The breakfast buffet is adequate (and even excellent if you like sweet stuff). Staff is very friendly and helpful. If i was going to Tabuk again, I would...

'All the staff were very nice, helpful and polite. Thank you!'

'Non c’era colazione, servita solo in camera e solo di tipo arabo essendo venerdì, non c’hanno neanche rifatto la camera'

'Excellent location, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Very easy checkin. Only problem I had was with the location on google maps. Took me to a completely different place and was forced to look for local help for directions.'
