My husband and I loved having a fire outside to sit around outside while we bbq’d dinner, then heading inside when it got chilly so we could have a fire in there too! « My husband, adult daughter, 2.5 year old grandson and I stayed two nights at this conveniently located house. It is small but functional and comfortable. We had quick, clear communication with the host. We could walk to the waterfront and Capitol Lake. We appreciated having a carport space and there was also street parking. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were comfortable but the bedroom furniture was basic. We found the house to be good value and it suited our needs. »

Close to parks, downtown sites & restaurants, and I-5 for seeing more of Washington. We were there during an unexpected heat advisory, so the extra fans were great! « Wow, just as images show, this is a beautiful place. Not only is the room area nice but the yard is even better. Little touches like flowers, snacks, coffee, and such mafe it feel a bit like home. Loved the porch and walking in the garden. Well stay again if the beed arises. Peggy is also very friendly and made efforts to make sure our stay was comfortable. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is set in a big open area surrounded by forest. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a full kitchen. We opened all the windows and listened to the birds and the wind in the trees. We especially enjoyed the trails through the woods and the massive trees. We would stay here again! »

« Don and his wife made our stay so wonderful. It was a special day, and having a clean, spacious place to stay in a great location made it even better.
