'I did NOT like my room. It was the last room on the floor located next to the exit door and laundry room and the laundry was loud for 2 hours in the middle of the night. In the future it would be helpful to notify guests of the location of that room so that they can have an option to change based on their noise tolerance level'

'This location is my go-to when going to Baltimore or staying overnight after a concert at the CFB Bank Arena. Parking can be hard if you're trying to do valet, but there is also a parking deck directly across the street that you can safetly park at. Staff here are friendly and helpful, amenities are wonderful, and overall it's a comfortable, enjoyable stay with a delicious breakfast available in the morning and coffee/water available all day. Highly recommended!'

'The room was clean but be aware that this location is a bit sketchy. It’s the kind of location where police hang out near the lobby.
To be clear, we did not have any issues with our stay, but I was taken aback by the police activity.'

'We stayed on the 7th floor. Our room was poorly designed. We had to unlock 2 different doors to get into our room. The furniture must have been ordered too big for the room, so it was situated sideways, which then meant we could NOT comfortably watch TV. On Friday night, we were kept up all night because every time the AC kicked on, it sounded like a jackhammer! In the morning, we called the front desk about it. They sent someone up and the whole unit has to be replaced. When we got back in the...

'Excellent location outside of downtown Baltimore. Easy to access anything and everything. Lots of shops, grocery, and restaurants within minutes. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and made check-in and out simple. Plenty of parking on the property. Nice breakfast and coffee 24/7. Plenty of snack and beverage choices in the lobby. Would definitely book this spot again.'

'The free shuttle to and from the airport and the train station was so helpful and the driver was awesome! The front desk staff was super helpful as well. The only downside we noticed is that the room was humid and the carpet felt damp. Otherwise it was just what we needed after a long travel day!'
