'Pool not heated ,breakfast was HORRIBLE, plus they over charged me for 2 nights and the jacuzzi tub doesn't work properly. Then the receptionist at Desk was not to nice, she didn't know what she was doing, the room was stale smoke smell, bed was uncomfortable and tub was yellow, could bath in it, I stayed here the last 3 years when we came to Alexandria and this is the 1st time I was disappointed, we will be going over to Pineville Conference center and hotel, great service with then earlier this...

'The whole place was set up strange to me, from parking to how you get in the building.'

'Responsive staff, great breakfast, terrific location.'

'Ok'

'Room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. Bathroom was dirty and room wasn’t swept.'

'Part of the staf lacked interest and service'

'The staff was really nice - pool was a quiet little escape!'

'Dit hotel is duidelijk aan renovatie toe de fotos op de site zijn van vele jaren geleden. Als je niet komt vissen is het niet de omweg waard. Daarnaast is de golfbaan dicht en de spa gesloten. Hier waren wij niet over geinformeerd. De kamer zelf was ruim maar wel gedateerd en zeer gehorig. We zijn daarom ook eerder vertrokken.'

'Love the staff and environment is very clean and warmth feeling only problem I think the breakfast should switch up not the same thing everyday that’s just I would love to come back and stay I have no complains about my room or customers service I enjoyed my stay'
