« Staff were very nice and helpful every time we had questions. Breakfast was great everyday during our stay and offered a great mix for all of us(Family of 7). Location was superb for getting to see other family, friends, and locations like Valleyfair, Como Zoo, malls, etc. Also their ice machines are the best we've had at any hotel ever. »

« Séjour agréable dans un hôtel très propre et bien situé. Parking facile mais facture 20$. Laverie efficace mais facturée 2$ en pièce de 25cts. Pas de monnaie disponible à l’accueil. Pas de serviettes disponibles à la piscine. »

« I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere....

« Le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel est grand et très bien tenu. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetière mis à disposition. La connexion wifi est bonne. Le parking est grand. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est servi dans un vaste jardin intérieur, très chouette. Seul bémol : le bruit de la climatisation et celle de la ventilation quand on est dans la salle de bain. Impossible de dormir la clim allumée ! »

« We had another great stay at this fine hotel. Staff was friendly and greeted us quickly right as we walked in. Check in went smoothly and we got to our room to unpack and unwind in no time. Room was clean, beds are firm, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delightful with a wide delicious variety to choose from. Hotel location is right off the freeway, and close to shopping. The beach is just a few minutes away which is great place to visit in the summer. When having to travel to the area this...
