Villa's in Celavu-Prunelli

"When we booked for a night we were conscious that the hotel is a relatively no frills place (a bit dilapidated, simple furniture, but clean) and expected no luxury. What we also not expected in our room was a continuous very noisy sound of water streaming through pipes (a problem with the airco piping ? a lack of noise insulation between the room and an adjacent technical facility ?). We made a voice recording of the noise and asked reception whether they could explain this noise and perhaps make it go away or offer an alternative room. Our request fell on a cold stone, and we were told by the lady at reception that somebody may come and have a look later that day, but that in any event they could not do anything because the owners of the hotel were abroad (sic). Since the hotel could not remedy the noise issue or offer an alternative room, we decided not to stay and asked for a refund (the room was prepaid through Expedia) which was flatly refused. There was no intention to accommodate us in any way. We had the luck to find a nice alternative hotel just around the corner."

"Prima verblijf, net buiten het echte centrum. 1,5km lopen naar hartje centrum. Parkeren onder het hotel ideaal. De kamer zelf was ruim, maar wel basic/industrieel qua afwerking (Ruwbouw). Je hoorde links en rechts water stromen door de buizen. Momenteel wordt er naast het hotel gebouwd, kan in de loop van de ochtend (na 8) wel wat hinder veroorzaken. Met het raam dicht valt dat mee "

"Prima hotel, maar parkeren is eerst stijl omhoog rijden. De kamers liggen 20m lager dan restaurant voor ontbijt en zwembad. Prima personeel, maar omhoog lopen voor zwembad en ontbijt is bijzonder."

"Schoonmaak kan beter naar ons idee werden de stoelen en krukjes niet van zijn plaats gehaald, tevens de prullenbak niet altijd geleegd. Niet zo belangrijk maar wat wel op viel in vergelijking met andere accommodatie. Je nachtgoed werd zo op je bed gesmeten ipv netjes opgevouwen."
