'The staff member are very helpful, kind, and patience. Very polite, friendly smile always helping the guess. Location is great. Close to plenty restaurants, the zona Rosa, hotel president, even walking distance to the chapel. The breakfast was always delicious. '

'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...

'Unfortunately I was not able to spend much time at the hotel. However I do have to say rooms were very clean, premium bedding which is important for me. Breakfast options was a plus. Very happy I stayed there and highly recommend '
