'I don’t recommend this property. Very run down, dirty floors, toilet was detached and rocked, air conditioning in common areas couldn’t keep up, people sitting on benches right next to front door smoking 24:7 and it was in the lobby every time we entered. Not family friendly!'

'We chose this hotel because they have a pool. My teen daughter took 1 look at the debris and bugs floating in it and said no way. The pillows are small and lumpy. But this room single handedly made me realize just how done with hotels I am after this trip. The only curtain covering the window is a sheer white curtain. So you drive all day, go to bed late and exhausted, and you get woke up at 5:45am from the sun coming up. Then some of us still need to drive all day the next day. Now we feel like...

'Great stay! My only feedback is on the housekeeping procedures and the pillows. King sized beds should have king sized pillows, and should come with both soft and firm options. The pillows provided were lumpy, limp and felt kind of old. As for the housekeeping, a small placard in the bathroom says housekeeping services are offered every other day, which I find a bit stingy- leftover from Covid most likely. If you need your room tended to for basics like trash/towels then you need to notify them...

'Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)'

'The hostess laughed when I asked what the breakfast was like. I understood why the next morning. Shower was stained, found trash around the room, and the bed was the creakiest thing I've ever slept on.'

There is a McDonald’s nearby, a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Charlie’s for eating. And there are a couple of gas stations at that exit. The only negative, and it wasn’t a big deal was the number of parking spaces that can be seen from room windows is very limited. So if you’re the type that wants to keep an eye on...

'We were only there for a couple of days and it was for a family emergency. We had to travel out of state. For the price the place was great. The room was very clean and I would stay again if I had to'

'Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs.'

'Outside looks good. Inside was rough. It got the job done but was a little worse condition than I expected. Staff was friendly, location was decent. It was quiet. Bed was comfy. Nice cold AC! Interior needs updates. Smelled like dog hair and buring popcorn inside.'

'Booked a King size room. Arrived bed dirty hair on the pillows and in the sheets. Went to ask staff at the desk for another room. Stated they were all gone. Which the next morning found out that was not correct. Asked for clean sheets to change the bedding myself. Was given a full fitted sheet. Had to tell the front desk girl this is not the right size. Horrible service would not recommend.'

'Room was ok for two adults and two kids. We had three towels to share which we discovered very early the first morning. We did get four towels at front desk later in the day. No maid service in the only full day of our two day stay. Pool and hot tub clean. Pool area closed til 9 am. Hot tub is really nice and hot. Breakfast items are not all available if you come to breakfast after 9 am. Food is adequate.'

'We chose this hotel because it has the kitchenette and we knew we wanted to be cost efficient on food and beverages. If I had known that they don’t do housekeeping everyday and that you must request it I never would have booked the room. On day 3 they stopped by while we were gone and restocked the coffee and hand towels, that was it, didn’t make beds, restock bath towels, (I had to go begging for more and get eye rolls like I was such an inconvenience) they definitely didn’t vacuum or do dishes...
