'Great house with lots of privacy. Spacious inside and outside. Kitchen well equiped for large group, large pool (although only 1 meter deep). Lovely cat as frequent visitor of the terrace.'

'The vila is very nice, with good views and near cute towns and villages. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. A lot of dog hairs, and equipment to clean was missing. Even a drying rack for laundry was missing. The glasses and cutlery was not that much. We had to gather all the equipment from the apartments to cook and eat properly. Overall very nice, but we had a lot of contact with the owner to get the stuff we wanted.'

'We really enjoyed our holiday in August 2022 in this fantastic house. We are a family of 19 persons of which 11 children in different ages. Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. 'Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub mit unseren 2 Töchtern und deren Freunden nebst Familienhund. Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten nebst Fluss zur Abkühlung erfreute uns und unseren Hund in schöner Natur. Die Lage ist günstig für viele schöne Ausflüge ans Meer und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Liguriens.'

'Het is een zeer rustige en veilige plek.Het huis is werkelijk prachtig. Wij waren met een groep van 11 personen en dat ging prima. Rondom het huis is er veel plek om te zitten met een prachtige grote houten tafel met stoelen en tevens een enorme lounge set.De keuken is zeer goed ingericht. Bij de grote buitentafel staat een werkelijk fantastische barbecue waar we veel gebruik van gemaakt hebben.Bubbio is een leuk dorpje met alles wat nodig is: een bakker, een kleine supermarkt, een slager, bar...

Echt een aanrader om vooraf wijn te bestellen, Joseph zijn kennis van wijn is uitmuntend. Voor rust en ontspanning, het ideale verblijf!'
