T2 apartment in the city center, everything within walking distance, close to the beach

Recently renovated, my apartment is located in a very quiet residence in the city center but far from the noise pollution of the main streets
You will have access to all the shops on foot: Intermarche, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, pharmacy. On Wednesdays, the market is in front of the residence. The port and the nearest beach are 5 minutes away.
The bedroom has a king size bed, the living room has a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress and a sleeping area with a bunk bed

The accommodation
My accommodation was renovated in August 2022.
It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its bunk bed in the alcove closed by sliding doors. Also perfect to avoid unfolding and folding the sofa/bed every day for 4 people
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom

Two parking lots are possible at the foot of the building: Parking du Levant and Parking du Centre, free from October to May and paid from June 1st to September 30th depending on the year. It is possible to park for free in several streets around the residence (Rue Pierre et Marie Curie, Rue de la Baie, Rue de la Fontaine). The badge will allow you to enter the private parking lot while you unload your car.
You are ideally located in the city center of Cavalaire, all shops and services are accessible without taking the car. The residence is very quiet even in summer.

The bedroom is composed of a bed with 160x200 storage space and a large dressing room. It is equipped with a TV.
The living room/kitchen accommodates the other beds: a comfortable sofa bed
in 140 cm and mattress 20 cm and a bunk bed in 90x200. The extendable console allows you to benefit from an additional worktop or to eat indoors in case of bad weather without taking up all the space once folded.
The terrace is very pleasant facing west with an extendable table also going from 4 to 8 people

Cleaning is not imposed, you can choose this additional service at the price of 60 euros and I will organize the visit of the concierge company with which we work. Please note that linen is not provided. I can also arrange for it to be made available via my concierge
Outside the summer period, Cavalaire is getting a makeover. It may be that not all the shops are open, that some buildings are under construction, that neighbors are renovating apartments. Unfortunately this is part of the game, the off-season is cheaper and if the work does not encroach on the rules concerning noise (8am-10pm) We cannot make a complaint to the town hall or the condominium. After all, you are lucky to be on holiday but everything cannot stop, other people are working during this time. But there are so many other advantages to off-season holidays!
