Nice sea view apartment, located about 200 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the main seafront, can comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

The apartment is part of a housing complex consisting of 3 units, and additional beds are available in the other apartments (Casa Marilda 2 and Casa Marilda 3) if needed.

THE LOCATION

Casa Marilda 1 is located near Punta Ristola, the southernmost point of the Italian heel, famous for its sculptures and sea caves. This area is particularly captivating, offering views of both the sunrise and sunset due to its unique geographical position.

The town center is just 700 meters away on foot, where you'll find various commercial establishments such as restaurants, kiosks, newsagents, bars, and ice cream parlors. The house also enjoys an excellent location for reaching the Adriatic coast and other nearby attractions.

THE HOUSE

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a total area of approximately 70 m². It is air-conditioned and consists of the following:

- A small living room with a fully equipped kitchen;
- A double bedroom;
- A full bathroom with a shower and washing machine;
- A comfortable, furnished veranda with sea views and a panoramic view of Leuca, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors.

Casa Marilda 1 does not have private parking, but several free parking options are available nearby. During high season and peak times, finding parking immediately may be more difficult.

As previously mentioned, the house is ideally positioned, just about 200 meters from the sea (a small free rocky beach) and Punta Ristola, a stunning spot with unique landscapes. The coastline is dotted with natural sea caves, some of which can be reached by swimming. However, for a more comfortable visit, we recommend a boat excursion, available through BLUEMARINE and SEASALENTO (further details available upon request).
