An excellent choice for four families, couples or a group of friends, the villa is in a quiet setting within a short driving distance of shops and restaurants. It is also well located for visiting beautiful cities like Cortona, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Siena, Montalcino and Castiglione del Lago, and Florence is one hour by rail from Castiglion Fiorentino.

Villa Coppa (350 sqm) develops over three levels and consists of four apartments with independent entrances.

On the ground floor, you will find two living rooms (with sofa beds for 2 people) and a well-equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle), as well as one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one double bedroom (with double bed), two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) and four bathrooms (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find a living/dining room (with fireplace) and a kitchen (with hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster), as well as one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower, washing machine and hairdryer).
