Casa Lina is located in the Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometers from Castiglion Fiorentino, and is just the perfect place for a family holiday and/or a group of friends who can live their sojourn with autonomy as the farmhouse is equipped with the electrical amenities’ comforts to spend a relaxing period in Tuscany.
The farmhouse has been completely renovated using cheerful colors to lighten its original structure. The plus of the farmhouse is certainly the swimming pool, surrounded by a fully fenced garden which makes this property ideal for families with small children.
On the ground floor of the structure there are two double bedrooms, both equipped with a bathroom with shower and the living area organized between the living room space furnished with a nice modern sofa and the kitchen fully equipped.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two further double bedrooms, each featuring a bathroom with shower.
The farmhouse is therefore made up of four (4) double bedrooms and four (4) bathrooms with shower and can accommodate up to 8 people. Casale Lina is also equipped with air conditioning.
The fenced garden of the villa is arranged with a swimming pool and a beautiful dependance quipped with a kitchen used to spend where you can spend good convivial moments all together. This space is completed by a barbecue and a wood-burning oven for guests' use.
