The spacious living room with open kitchen is bright and tastefully decorated. Large patio doors open directly onto a shaded pergola and a sunny private garden—ideal for unwinding.



Upstairs, you’ll find two large bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The generous landing can also serve as extra sleeping space with a comfortable sofa bed. There’s a second bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Families with young children have access to a safety gate.



Outdoors, make the most of open-air living. The pergola is perfect for relaxing or enjoying summer evenings around the provided stone barbecue. You’ll also love the heated shared pool.



The enclosed garden offers plenty of sun and space to play. For your convenience, there’s a separate storage room with washing machine and dryer, plus a private driveway with parking for two cars.
