VILLA DEL POGGIO

Set amongst a patchwork of olive groves and fruit orchards, in the green hill Villa del Poggio is a lovely country villa with a great infinity pool. Its location offers guests a breathtaking view over the valley and the sea and inspires complete and total relaxation.

From the covered veranda, you access the living room with comfortable sofas, tv-sat, air conditioning, and a dining table. Near this room, there is a fitted kitchen. From the kitchen, you can access the veranda furnished with a dining table and chairs and it is here that you will probably take most of your meals during the summer months. In the front veranda, there is also a charcoal barbecue. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area made up of a double bedroom with a/c, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The sea view infinity pool (4x8.50) is the best part of the house. The pool has a special filtering system, the water is a little salty but no chemical substances are used for its cleaning. Around the pool you find the sunbeds and a beach umbrella.

The nearest beach of Guidaloca is 6 km away, just 10 min driving. Castellammare del Golfo with its supermarkets, restaurants, stores, ect ect is about 10 km from here. The old village of Scopello and its gorgeous Lo Zingaro Reserve is 9 km away.
