Recently restored stone farmhouse (about 180sqm) with private swimming pool and parking, located in the Monte Amiata region near the medieval villages of Montenero and Castel del Piano, and about 35 minutes away from the nice sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto.

Villa Amiata is surrounded by a beautiful garden with open panoramic views from the swimming pool (12m x 6m, 1.50m deep: opened from 18 April to October 24) and various shaded areas, offering guests both comfort and privacy.

If required, a special dinner cooked by the owner can be pre-booked as well as tasting of the owner's wine. The owner also produces olive oil and guests will have the option of purchasing all these products.

In front of the living room, there is also a covered patio with garden furniture.
