'We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. We had a very warm welcome, the staff was very polite. The location is absolutely amazing, in front of Hyde park and between all the othter high class hotels. The SPA was also amazing! And what about the Italian Restaurant in the hotel.... even better than in Italy! We will defenitely come back and special thanks to the concierge Cordelia. '

'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'

'Dit hotel is meer dan een verblijft...een beleving! Imposant gebouw met mooie entree, receptie. Begeleiding naar de kamer met uitleg. Kamer zijn goed uitgerust met goede badkamer met amenities. Technische apparatuur kan beter (aansluiting i-phone bijvb. voor je eigen muziek). Diverse restaurants met een geweldig ontbijt: buffet in The Grill, a la carte in de lounge. Service staat hier in hoog vaandel zonder drempel. Expedia heeft soms geweldige aanbiedingen in dit hotel met ontbijt! Dan is dit...

'Dit hotel is absoluut een sprookje! Uitstekende gepersonaliseerde service. Niets is teveel om het je comfortabel te maken. Kamers zijn uitstekend uitgerust met alle technical stuff en typische Engels gedecoreerd tot in het fijnste detail.'

Bed perhaps a bit soft. We ate once in the restaurant Nahm which was good. Here the staff was correct but a bit formal. All in all a wonderful stay and we definitely will return here!'
