'We had a fantastic stay at Cabanas Alechen. The property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and a lot more spacious than the listing photos. It felt very homely and we loved the cabin we were in. Alejandro and Eduardo were great hosts and nothing was too much. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided with homemade cakes and breads. We wished we stayed longer and look forward to coming back one day! '

'Destino Calafate was a pleasant surprise for the decent, economical pricing they had! The hotel room was spacious, we as a family of 4 had plenty of room with 3 beds in the room. There are a lot of storage space and shelf’s which made it convinient to store all our luggage’s. 'The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. At the check-in, the staff asked if we had any allergies or special needs but he didn't provide anything extra at the breakfast... Check-in was horrible. We couldn't pay with our credit card or we had to pay a 15% extra fee. After a discussing of 1 hour We had to pay in cash.'

'Ontbijt was gratis bij hotelkamer. Echter werden we in een apartement gestopt, vanwege tekort aan kamers...en toen moesten we het ontbijt 100 pesos = 7€ pp betalen. Dit hebben ze later teruggedraaid.. Kamers zijn groot maar erg jaren 60/70'

"Het hotel ligt zeer centraal, wij vinden dat ze wel hadden moeten vermelden dat er een festival in El Calafate was, en dat het festivalterrein maar op enkele tientallen meters van het hotel lag. Je kon dus niet vroeg gaan slapen en dat is vervelend als je om 7.15 uur word opgehaald voor een excursie, of als je om 7.20 uur op het vliegveld moet zijn"
