'It was a bad experience because there was no air conditioning, the breakfast was bad, there was a dead cockroach in the closet, and they didn't come to clean the room or change the sheets, towels, or toilet paper. It's the first time I've had to experience something like this, and we had to go to another place to stay.'

'Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Paola. She is fantastic!
Our room was fine. We had the Master Suite and it was attached to another room. There was one very big downside. We could hear everything from our neighbours. The conversations, farts and snoring. Very unpleasant.
Because of the many instagrammers, the atmosphere was also not really optimal. So perhaps we are not quite part of the target group.'

'We upgraded to the room with the jacuzzi, and it was absolutely worth it! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming—we truly felt like family during our stay. The fresh breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is in a great location, very close to Armenia and not far from towns like Salento. Overall, we had an amazing stay. And the shower was such a cool and unique experience! We would definitely come back.'
