'This is a great place to stay to explore Ouray and tbd surrounding towns. The innkeepers are really welcoming and you can get things like towels, cups and any needs until around 930 pm in the lobby. They keep free coffee around most of the day. Breakfast is 730-930 am, very basic but fine just to get an easy morning start. Every room has a microwave and mini fridge and coffee maker. Loved the patio right on the river. It’s a 10-15 min walk into town, very pleasant along the river. Hot Springs...

'We really enjoyed our two night visit here! Our host, Connor, was very welcoming and friendly. He even assisted other guests with their car problem! Happy hour was fun out on the patio - we met some very friendly people. Black Bear Manor is right downtown with stores just an easy walk away. Also very close to the river! Would definitely stay here again!'

'Nice spot in the Rockies. Twin Peaks in Ouray is an older hotel that does things right. Check in is "automated" and after a long drive I did not expect that, once on the kiosk it was fine. The staff behind the counter could not have been nicer and helped as needed. The location is great, right at the entrance to Box Canyon, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. 'The entire hotel experience was of the absolute highest quality. I can honestly say it was the best ever in terms of customer service, amenities, location and comfort. The staff were ALL attentive, personable and appeared to be happy doing their best to make you feel at home. 'Very comfortable and right at the foot of the gondola. Not to worry the gondola is quiet, can’t hear it in the room. The continental breakfast was average and they could find a better coffee brand. Overall I would absolutely recommend , the staff was lovely too !'
