Ce condo récemment rénové à Tahoe Sierra Pines, Incline Village, NV, a tout pour rendre vos vacances confortables et mémorables. Notre seul niveau, trois chambres et trois salles de bain condo est à distance de marche de fabuleuses plages de sable fin de Incline Village, sentiers pédestres, Hyatt Regency la station (restaurants, boutiques, casino), un bowling, skate parc, ruisseau côté sentier de randonnée et de la Incline Recreation Center (piscine couverte, centre / fitness Gym, des terrains de basket, des courts de tennis, etc.).

Diamond Peak, Championnat de golf, salle de cinéma et des commerces sont facilement accessibles aussi. Il est l'endroit idéal pour explorer le lac Tahoe et profiter de tout ce qu'elle a à offrir, notamment la randonnée, le VTT, le kayak, le canotage, la pêche, ainsi que d'excellents restaurants (Lone Eagle Grill), bars (Cutthroat Saloon) et les cafés (Sierra Café).

L'accès aux plages privées de Incline (Incline Plage et Burnt Cedar Beach) est inclus, cependant, les clients sont responsables pour les frais d'entrée (pour plus d'informations, voir

Il y a aussi une petite sélection de DVD, des livres et des jeux de société disponibles si vous voulez rester et vous détendre devant le foyer au bois. Le pont arrière fait face à la ceinture de verdure et a table avec des chaises. Malheureusement, HOA ne permet pas un barbecue sur la propriété mais vous pouvez utiliser les barbecues dans l'espace commun entre les bâtiments. Un parking est disponible pour deux véhicules. Déneigement est inclus et il ya une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité.

Notre condo situé nous a fourni des aventures et de détente sans fin. Nous espérons que ce serait l'endroit idéal pour votre famille et vos amis aussi.

Les frais supplémentaires comprennent le comté de Washoe Occupation impôt, frais de nettoyage de départ, et de l'assurance de protection contre les dommages.

Great Place
We had a great time and loved the place. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the condo was very spacious! Small issues with one toilet missing the handle and broken blinds, but a service tech came out and fixed.

Loud on a Summer Night, But otherwise, really great!
So, this vacation renal is right in the middle of everything. Which, I'm sure is great. But on summer nights, when it's vital to have the windows open it was very noisy. We had one girl swearing and cursing out on the porch of the building, on the phone to her boyfriend, at 2 AM in the morning that woke our kids. Now, this is NOT the fault of the property owner, but it is an issue when it's hot, no AC, and the only relief is to have windows open. There was so much good stuff about this property - tons of games, plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and shampoo and all that. The fridge is new with a nice icemaker, and the location was really easy to go pretty much anywhere. Also, unfortunately, while we were there the pine pollen or whatever that was, was in full force! What was really great, was that there were plenty of floor fans around the condo to keep the air flow. This place, would be great in the winter, when you can keep the windows closed, because the sound was great when we did close the windows, it just got too unbearable hot - like 78 degrees when we arrived at 9 pm inside the condo and that's too hot for us to comfortably sleep in.

Incline Village Summer Vacation
This property is conveniently located, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms was great for our group. I had a couple of questions before we arrived as well as during our stay and received responses. We enjoyed walking to the newly remodeled bowling alley across the street. The photos on the VRBO website of the interior of this condo do not reflect the current state of the condo. It was cluttered/messy and needed a deep cleaning. The outdoor deck was also cluttered and messy. We were able to use the available cooler to take to the lake after we cleaned all of the sand out of it.

Everything in the description was accurate, if not better! The townhome was very clean, well-stocked with toiletries, kitchen items, and so very welcoming! It was a great location, lots of parking, and from pre to post trip, the owner was very accessible, friendly and so helpful! My favorite parts of this home was having a full bathroom for every bedroom (such a rarity), a great washer/dryer, and the fireplace was absolutely lovely! The area was quiet and felt safe. Someone even sprinkled granules all over our staircase to help with the snow! We would definitely choose to stay there again and have already recommended it to our friends!

As advertised, cost effective and clean; parking a big issue
We mostly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The 3 bathrooms are an added plus. It was what we expected and an excellent value. Good location. I would provide 4 stars but the parking lot was packed with snow. While there were a few light snow storms just prior to our arrival, the large storm was a week before. Clearly, the lot had not been cleared. Even as we were there, no snow removal equipment ever cleared the parking lot. That's a good 10 days after the major storm. Our vehicle got stuck in the snow and required a $200 tow truck to be pulled out. I wouldn't complain if it had been a few days after the large storm, but there was clearly no attempt by the HOA to clean up the parking lot for 10 days. I'm an experienced Tahoe visitor. A few days? Yes. But 10 days? When I brought this to the attention of the owner (who was quite responsive on other matters), he offered no tow refund and only that he would complain to the HOA. That's not taking responsibility as far as I'm concerned. His HOA problems with snow removal are not my problems and if large storms may cause issues, he should have informed us. And 10 days later is ridiculous. We needed no snow cables ANYWHERE else.

Relaxing and welcoming
We had a very nice time. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of blankets and towels, and cozy fireplace! 1 mile from Diamond Peak! We would have loved softer pillows on the bed, and a vacation rental instruction book would have been nice. We weren’t sure how owners wanted us to leave the condo. Otherwise, we were very warm and relaxed on our stay! Thank you!!

Wonderful Getaway
Great place to stay in Incline Village! My husband and I went with another couple for a golf getaway, and this didn't disappoint! Besides being close to golf courses, it's also within a five minute car ride, or less, to the beach, the Hyatt and many restaurants. The property was clean and had plenty of amenities. I, personally, was so happy with the nice coffee maker!! The owner responded promptly for the reservations, and everything was ready when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property when looking for a place to stay in Incline Village.

Perfect condo for ski get-away
We are a family of five. This 3-bedroom condo was perfect for us. Each of the rooms has its own full-bath...a big plus! The kitchen was clean and well equipped for making meals. There were plenty of towels and bedding. The location was very convenient; the condo is on a quiet street, within a few blocks from the Raley's, restaurants, shops, gas stations, the Lake/beach. Diamond Peak was a 5-minute drive; Mt Rose was about 20 minutes. We reached out to the owner regarding a few minor logistical issues and he responded promptly. Overall, the condo was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely come back on our next ski trip.

Shower was very difficult to turn on. Lock box needs more detailed instructions. Refrigerator at times was very difficult to open. Condo was very clean and appliances were of high quality. Was affordable and well furnished.

Beautiful Lake Tahoe
Enjoyed the condo. Very nicely appointed. Kitchen well equipped. It was wonderful having three bathrooms for three people. The condo can fit more people than we had on this trip. Wish there was air conditioning. Maybe Tahoe was going through the western heat wave. I don't think it normally that hot. Also, wish their were at least 2 beach chairs. We flew in from the East Coast and we had to buy our own beach towels. Recommended to all.

Comfort and convenience
The condo is very cozy and conveniently located. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a family meal. Within walking distance to restaurants, beaches and the casino. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that each room has its own bathroom. Perfect place for a family getaway.

So glad that I found this place ! It's so nice to have 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms ! What a difference from most places. The condo is very clean and comfortable and well organized. No complaints -just perfect for a weekend in the snow with family and friends

Fantastic stay!
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was so close to everything in Incline Village, the house was clean and came with anything you may need for cooking and staying in. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a major plus! Cute and functional decor and furniture. Overall, this is probably the best place I've ever stayed in Lake Tahoe!
