    Bienvenue à Hitt'n the Beach! Un spacieux 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo au premier étage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Directement de l'autre côté de la rue se trouve l'accès à la plage (à une minute à pied) et la piscine communautaire. Nous venons de terminer un projet de rénovation comprenant des planchers de bois franc et de la peinture. Vous adorerez son apparence. Nous avons un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger où tout le monde peut se réunir et profiter de son temps de vacances. Le pont de la salle à manger offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Asseyez-vous et buvez une boisson fraîche lors d'une chaude après-midi d'été.

    Toutes les chambres et le salon ont une télévision à écran plat et nous avons WiFi et un lecteur DVD. Nous avons un parking pour 3 voitures, une couverte et un placard de rangement verrouillé dans le carport pour tout votre équipement de plage et vos vélos.

    Nous sommes une petite île mais nous avons beaucoup de choses amusantes à faire: l'aquarium de NC, le musée Fort Fisher Civil War, deux promenades de bois, deux jetées de pêche, Britts Donuts (une institution depuis 1939), le magasin Ice Cram Shop de Squiglie, et le parc Freeman. vous pouvez sortir et camper directement sur la plage. Nous proposons des concerts gratuits, des manèges de carnaval et des feux d'artifice en été, ainsi que de délicieux restaurants de fruits de mer. Que pourrais-tu vouloir de plus! We loved our stay! Our favorite part of course was it's proximity to the beach and all things Carolina Beach. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from UNCW. It took us 25-30 minutes to get to UNCW but this was the best of both worlds with being close by to UNCW and the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had plenty of space for our 8-9 people we had staying at the house while we were there. Everything was nice and clean and we would absolutely love to come stay here again.

Much bigger than it looks in photos!

This was a terrific property for a long weekend. The property itself is much larger than it looks in the photos. The beach access is directly across the street and the pool was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the condo wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. This was at 4:30 pm. So we didn’t get to unload until after 6pm. Little tiring after a 4 hour drive with young children. Late grocery haul as well.

The property was excellent. Great location, easy beach access and everything we needed for our 4 nights. The noise from the upstairs neighbors thumping around above like Riverdance every evening/night and early morning construction next door waking us to a nail gun and saw each day was less than excellent, but not the property hosts fault. We could not use the pool due to hornet infestation, which was a disappointment, but we were there mainly for the beach, so not a deal breaker for us. We ran out of paper towels & ziplocks and almost ran out of toilet paper, so make sure to include paper products in your packing/shopping list!

Great Location !

Our family stayed last week of Aug. so the Labor Day crowd started coming in on Thursday. But, due to being so close to the Boardwalk we could walk to restaurants and avoid traffic and parking hassles.

Plenty of room and close to the beach

The property was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and a 2 year old. It was a quick walk across the street to get to the beach. We CD we’re also able to use the community pool.

Awesome vacation rental...spacious, clean and great location....the only downfall was the upstairs renters and having to pay for sheets and towels....but would still go back !!!

One of our best vacations

My family and i have been going to Carolina beach for 8 years. This was one of the cleanest nicest places we have stayed. I was a little worried from the listing about how far the pool and beach access would be. When we got there it was literally right across the street. The property managers were awesome we had a very small issue with the master bathroom and they had it fixed within 3 hours. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay & great location

Outstanding customer service. The property manager assisted us with a few concerns within the hour both issues. One was after 9pm , had the HVAC maintenance there by 10pm to fix the issue. The place was beautiful and the location was great spot to attractions and the beach and pool steps away. We will definitely stay at a place where A1 property takes care of it. 5 star rating for us.

Clean

One of the nicer beach rentals we've stayed in. Loved the stylish beach decor. Everything was as described and very clean (no stains on bedding or furniture, no dust bunnies under anything, no hair in the bathrooms, fridge and microwave spotless, etc.). The property manager was kind enough to let us check in an hour early. Future renters might want to know that the wifi is pretty slow. Fortunately we didn't have to work, but if we did it might have been a problem. We brought our own sheets but didn't bring extra blankets. Would have preferred an extra layer as the beds only have thin quilts. These are just FYIs for other renters - overall this is a great rental option.

The furnishings and decor were beautiful. Anything you need (other than a pizza cutter 😂) is in that kitchen. The location was great. I always try to leave rentals a little better than when I arrived, but this one was difficult. It was spotless! We will definitely be back....sooner than later, I hope!

Our second stay was just as good as our first!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo last summer, and booked it again this summer, and we still love it. Upon arrival it was exceptionally clean! There were also some improvements since last summer including new stylish end tables, all TVs were Roku TVs, and the master bedroom mattress was greatly improved from last year (it's still a little firm for my preference, but I tend to like medium firmness and not firm). For years we've traveled with our Roku stick so that we can watch our favorite streaming services, but we didn't have to fool with that this year thanks to the new TVs, which was nice. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly want including lots of plates, bowls, glasses, and adequate silverware. There were also 2 large pots, which were very helpful the night we made crab legs and a shrimp boil (the only thing missing was crab crackers, so bring your own if you plan to cook crab or lobster). Everything about this condo is wonderful including the proximity to the beach (it's so close!), the quiet neighborhood, and the pool across the street which our kids enjoyed swimming in every evening. A1 Property Management was responsive to messages, including when I called them a few days before our arrival to ask if we could arrive a few hours before official check-in time so that we could go to the beach until the 4pm check-in time. And yes, we could, which was nice! We just made sure to park in the middle spot and not block in the cleaners that were in the other spot. And again, the cleaners really did an excellent job! I'm the type of person who shows up to rentals with Clorox wipes and a Swiffer (lol) and I found that that really wasn't necessary with this condo. Also, all the beds had mattress and pillow protectors (something I always expect as a former home rental host, but don't always find when I arrive at places).We're very happy with this condo and we hope to stay there again next year!
