— HOUSE RULES:
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

NOTES:
• A signed Booking Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed.
• A $250 non-refundable pet fee applies.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times outside the property.
• April 1 – September 30: Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9 AM and after 5 PM. | October 1 – March 31: Dogs are allowed on the beach anytime.
• The private pool is heated seasonally from May through September - Pool heaters rely on the surrounding air temperature and work best when nighttime temperatures remain above approximately 60°F. During colder weather, the heater may not be able to maintain the desired water temperature.
