Oceanfront 2 BR Condo with Stunning Views

  • Carolina Beach is gelegen op het zuidelijke puntje van Noord-Carolina, op pittoreske Pleasure Island. Dit gezinsvriendelijke strand is ideaal om te surfen, vissen en het verzamelen van schelpen.

    William & Mary is een 2-slaapkamer, 2-bad, oceaan appartement complex in Carolina Beach, perfect voor een gezin van 6. De woonkamer en keuken zijn de oceaan, terwijl beide slaapkamers zijn straatzijde.

    Buiten zitten en krijgen een dosis frisse lucht op de oceaan dek, geweldig om buiten te eten en te zonnebaden. Een eigen walkover naar het strand en een buitendouche bevinden zich aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Er wordt toegewezen parkeerplaats onder het gebouw voor een auto en een extra parkeerplaats is gelegen aan de overkant van de straat.

    Dit is een tweede verdieping, niet-roken-eenheid. Geen lift. Geen huisdieren toegestaan. Zaterdag tot zaterdag

    Condo is gelegen op slechts zeven blokken ten noorden van de Boardwalk gebied in het centrum van Carolina Beach. U bent op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en in de zomer activiteiten zoals vuurwerk, kermisattracties en live muziek. Kijken naar de vissers komen met de vangst van de dag in de jachthaven of uit eten met de familie. Maak vandaag plannen om Carolina Beach te bezoeken!

Carolina Beach condo

We had a wonderful time at the condo and will definitely be back. The location was perfect, watching the sunrise every morning was beautiful and the condo was relaxing and clean.

Great location, clean unit

We loved the location of the unit, where it was a nice walk to get to the boardwalk area, but far enough away that the beach wasn't crowded. The unit was clean with a nice open area kitchen/living room area to move around and relax when not at the beach.

This was a great location to be directly on the beach. If you are looking to relax and be at the beach, this is the perfect spot. I had 3 adults and 2 kids. It fit our needs perfectly.

Parking wasn’t good in the garage. My new car got scratched.Very loud noises everyday from the family above us. It was awful.Bees were in the arms of the patio chairs with nests as well.The hallway bath was chipped and peeling and had a broken shower head.The dryer didn’t dry our clothes. We did have a service come over to fix the shower head and lookat the dryer. The view was the best thing. The kitchen and Tv were nice.The real estate company was accommodating.The price was expensive for having the issues that we endured.Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Early June visit

Super clean, well appointed, all the appliances you need, and best of all -- shady view of the ocean. We arrived two hours early and Bryant allowed us to go in as the condo was ready for us. Half mile walk to the boardwalk and about the same to the pier.

Great place

Girls trip was a blast. Very short walk to the beach. Only thing sucked was 4 flights of stairs to get to the room and the parking situation. Need more space to park. It was a tight squeeze and was only allow 2 passes and needed 3. But it was worth it!

Right On The Beach

Outstanding location right on the beach with easy private access. Very nice porch with tall chairs provided excellent ocean views. Overall nice, clean condo, but noticed a couple palmetto bugs the last couple days. Did not have a smart TV or streaming device, but that was not a big deal. Well stocked kitchen but was short on forks. Parking was tight and a bit of a pain. The great location outweighed all the minor issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During our stay we had two interruptions. The first one was when a man knocked one time and then entered the condo with a key. He did not introduce himself or ask if he could continue to come in. He continued to walk over to the kitchen withiut iur permission. The second was that the cleaning lady showed up at 8 am to clean the condo and checkout is at 10 am. She said she was told that we checked out the previous day. Communication with the staff is poor. Residents that rent the condo should be contacted ahead of time if maintenance needs to access the building. We called Bryant Reality to express our concerns two times, the staff working didnt seem to care. Not to mention a dirty towel was on the sofa when we first arrived. Plus the smoke detector was beeping in the bedroom. We have used this company many times before and have never been this disappointed.

Shout out to Bryant Realtors!!!. The pics does not give this place any justice.. the view was amazing.. it was quiet.. it was peaceful. Our family went for spring break!!.We had our own private walkway to the beach. The beach area wasn't crowed. Book your stay with them. I never write reviews. But I had to share my experience. We will be coming back!!..
