'Very convenient to everything down town including Fountain Square Convention Center and the ballpark. I found the 24 hour market and the staff was very friendly. I liked the library and pool table. Would love to see another pool table or other games. The only thing I found was the parking was valet only and very expensive. I would definitely stay again after staying at a number of other hotels in Cincinnatti.'

'Had to change rooms at 4am due to loud noise every 5 mins caused "by the building" that apparently affects all rooms in that part of the hotel. What the? Was then promised points as a make good that were not delivered as promised twice. '

'Loved the style and cleanliness and how helpful the staff was ! We had a room with 2 bunk beds and I was looking so forward to being on one of the top bunks but !! The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top !
