Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities (supermarket, shops, train station, post office...), you’ll enjoy private access via an electric gate to a fully enclosed private lot of 459 m² featuring a 174 m² courtyard with a carport, a 64-square-meter private terrace shaded by a trellis in the summer, complete with garden furniture and an unobstructed view of the landscape, as well as a flower garden featuring Mediterranean species and aromatic plants. Guests will appreciate the cottage’s spacious rooms, living room, and verandas, as well as the private parking area that can accommodate two vehicles, the ping-pong table, and Wi-Fi. Things to explore during your stay: a hiking trail 350 m from the cottage and in the Plaine des Maures (24 km away), the “Turtle Village” (2 km away), Thoronet Abbey (27 km away), Sainte-Baume (56 km), Hyères-les-Palmiers (36 km), Toulon (39 km), St. Tropez (50 km), and the Verdon Gorges (103 km). Single-story cottage on the first floor of a villa: north entrance with coat rack and closet; one double bedroom facing east with a 140x190 cm bed; a bathroom with a large shower and toilet; and one bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds facing southwest. On the east side, guests will enjoy the large TV lounge with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table, and a veranda with armchairs. On the southwest side, the kitchen opens onto a well-equipped dining area leading to a sunroom and a large terrace featuring a barbecue, patio furniture, and lounge chairs.
