'Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental'

'The place was perfect for short stay to visit with my US Marine. Awesome views. Walking distance to everything. Appreciated being able to rent for one night. My only ask would have been a couple K Cups for coffee. That would be a nice touch for the price you pay. '

'Wonderful stay overall. Clean rooms and property in a fantastic location. We were in one of the top floor units, only minor complaint was the shared balcany lacked a bit of privacy with only a small partial wall. Also, master bedroom lack outlet for charging on both sides of bed. Other than that, wonderful stay and would certainly recommend highly.'

'We snuck away for a few days to this beautiful property, wish we could have stayed longer. Really, there is nothing like being right on the beach, watching the waves from our spacious balcony. We walked to great restaurants, and totally enjoyed the vibe of this laid back beach town, especially after over a year stuck in the house.'

'This property blew our minds away!We were celebrating my mother in law’s birthday and wanted just a family weekend gathering to unwind and relax.This place was everything and more!Check in process was easy! The communication with Elizabeth was quick and everything she said about the house was spot on.When you pull up to the house, you see nothing but a massive home on top of a hill that overlooks a wonderful scenery. 'We had a wonderful one night stay at this location. Our family traveled to Fallbrook for a wedding. It has beautifulViews and lots of trees. Check in and check out was easy and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We would definitely choose this house again if we are in the area. '

'It was a wonderful weekend getaway! Beverly, our host, was super communicative and friendly. She really made my partner and I feel comfortable. The property itself was worth every penny. Snacks and beverages were included, the hot tub was clean and we even had access to streaming services. Just be careful with the steep hill, which Beverly did warn us about so we were ready. Awesome visit, hopefully we’ll one day return. '
