'Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded.

'Amazing hotel: feels brand new. Nice porch with rocking chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit with your drinks. Very laidback.
Room was very clean and again felt very new.
Parking was very easy.
Reception staff was all right, but felt a bit distant (at several occasions). '

'Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes.
Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff.
Would not come back if I had a choice though.'

'I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

'The room was ok. The beds were very, very firm so it was difficult to get comfortable. I didn't sleep very well all 3 nights. There was no microwave, which would have been nice. We only ate breakfast one morning and my husband found a hair in his eggs so he tossed the whole plate. Not sure we'll stay here again.'

The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table.
