The room was spacious and the bedding was excellent quality and super comfy. I got great nights of sleep.

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including
a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Pool areas had low water, broken lounge chairs and over flowing garbage and towel cans.
Obvious that there are issues with staffing for housekeeping and pool maintenance.
Lounge chairs have been clean d in a while and my feet were dirty after 20 minutes walking on the floors in the suite.'
