Positief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
When we arrived at 320 the room wasn’t ready. We had a spa booking at 4 and couldn’t change it as the spa was full. We managed to get into our room at 350 and quickly changed to go to the spa. The spa was full. 8 in the jacuzzi. A woman lying down on the top seating area and making it uncomfortable for anyone else to go in there and sit. The pool was Luke warm and very limited seating areas around the pool so you had no choice but to stay in the pool. The floors in the changing rooms soaking wet and only 2 changing rooms in the ladies and 1 in the men’s. The room was lovely and fantastic view.
We booked a table for 730 for the restaurant and we got there at 720 ordered our food. Our drinks came quickly and waited a further hour with no food. Asked the waiter where our food was and the kitchen had lost our order and therefore ended up eating at 9pm. When the food eventually come it was delicious cannot fault that but the wait was unbearable and starving at this point but even though the staff apologised no money was reduced from our final bill. Steak was asked for medium rare and came medium well.
Breakfast in the morning someone told us where to sit and the when we went to the drinks machine no tea bags available for tea. When asked staff for tea bags they said that we should have had a pot of tea but no.one came to ask us this. Very limited Amount of eggs available. Toast machine one side was hardly done and if you put it back in then the toast was burnt. Beautiful views.
