Welcome to Villa Martina: an enchanting stay with an infinity pool on Lake Como.
Enjoy the beautiful sunny days and the evocative colors of the sunsets to the fullest on the spacious terrace or while relaxing in the pool, thanks to the idyllic location between the mountains and the lake: magical landscapes unlike any other in the world.
This newly built home spans 4 floors, for a total of 450 square meters. It can accommodate up to 18 guests in its 9 bedrooms.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room measuring 100 square meters, featuring elegant white marble flooring that makes the entire space very bright thanks to the large windows connecting it to the outdoor terrace. The dining area, featuring two large tables, is served by a professional kitchen, which is also equipped to host small events.
The upper floors are accessible via an elegant marble staircase or by elevator.
The first floor consists entirely of bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, two of which offer a 90° view of the lake through the large windows that characterize the entire villa. You’ll feel as though you’re waking up right in the middle of the lake. The central rooms open onto a spacious terrace.
Moving on to the second floor, we find a cozy living room where you can relax or set up a dedicated workspace. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms complete this floor. Both the living room and the bedrooms have their own private terraces.
On the third and top floor, you can enjoy an incredible view through the distinctive porthole windows. Here, you’ll find a charming attic space where you can pursue your favorite activities. There is also an utility room equipped with a washer and dryer.
Guests access the property via a courtyard where three parking spaces are reserved for them. The villa has direct access to the lake, making it easy to dock a boat.
