Summary:
Ideally located in the heart of Carantec, the house is within easy walking distance of shops and beaches. The house is very bright and has its own garden. It is ideal for groups or families, with a large kitchen and 6 bedrooms for up to 9 people.

The Space:
The house has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Carantec.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Kitchen opening onto the garden, convivial lounge, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC.

1st floor: Bathroom with bath and shower room with WC. One bedroom with double bed, 3 bedrooms with single beds.

2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed.

A cot and high chair are available.

There is free parking in the street.

ACTIVITIES :
- the superb beaches of Carantec (Le Kelenn, la grève blanche, l'île Callot)
- golf, the nautical centre, the GR34 along the seafront, fishing, boat trips, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Free Wi-Fi included.
- The 700 euro deposit is non-refundable. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) simply takes your credit card imprint.
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.
- Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. We offer optional bed and bath linen for €45 per double bed and €30 per single bed. These can be ordered and paid for after booking.

A compulsory fixed price of 50 euros is charged at the time of booking. This covers the preparation of the house, the supply of cleaning products, checking of the house and additional cleaning between two tenants. On arrival, you will find a small starter kit: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges.
We ask our guests to leave the house clean. If the house is returned dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). For tenants who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we offer a ‘complete end-of-stay cleaning’ package for an additional €100.
- Tourist tax is payable on site by cheque or in cash at the current rate (except for airbnb and booking).
Animals are not accepted.
