'Wonderful location and beautiful home!'

'Sunny By You is everything our extended family of 7 (ages 12 -87) wanted and needed. We loved the large open floor plan with large glass sliders that open to a huge deck with ocean views. We all enjoyed time here together preparing meals, playing card games and watching football on the huge tv. The bedrooms and beds were super comfortable and also great space for all of us. There is a lot of attention to detail - ample pool towels, a huge poolside shower, a closet full of soft thick bathroom...

'We recently stayed at the Blue Pearl. It was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I just wanted a clean quiet place where we could shell, fish and read. This was the perfect escape. We had never been to North Captiva before. While the property met all of our needs, including awesome owners who let us bring our 2 cats, the island itself still has a long way to go in recovering from Hurricane Ian. I cannot imagine having to ferry everything over and then not being close by while work...

'Very old that’s been through a refurbished style. It was OK but not my preference for a 2nd stay. '

'You probably will not stay in one of the triangular cottages. Most rooms look like a one-story motel and are not well represented on the hotel web site. However, everything about the room was high quality and comfortable. Our room (07) overlooked a pond with anhingas, turtles and egrets. Free bikes with helmets and locks, free guest laundry. '

'This property exceeded my expectations! And frankly the pictures dont do it justice, but thats usually the case. Overall fantasic location, with plenty of open space for the pet loved ones to run free. My dog loved it! Beautiful nature everywhere you look. Not far from water sports and the town for shopping. Everything super clean when we arrived, and the host too fast to respond. haha. We fell in love. Definitely staying here again when I am in the area. Oh and the pool was great for a nice...
