Villa Focardo is a property immersed in lush, maritime vegetation, composed of pines and cork trees that guarantee a cool position sheltered from the sun. It is divided into four independent units: a studio apartment, an outbuilding, a mobile home and a two-room apartment. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the sea. The area is very popular with snorkelers, thanks to the crystal clear water and the variety of marine fauna. The beach of Naregno is only 300 meters away: a sandy beach with transparent waters and a gently sloping seabed, with bathing establishments, water sports equipment, bars and restaurants, which allow you to spend a day at the beach without straying too far from the comforts. The city center is only 3 km away and the area is well connected by a shuttle service.
Each apartment boasts an exclusive outdoor space, an outdoor shower and a BBQ for exclusive use and a reserved parking space. Among the common services instead we find the laundry area equipped with two washing machines, and large gardens overlooking the gulf.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 21 are not allowed
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we will have to withhold €50 from the security deposit
- check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets are allowed with a supplement of €30 on cleaning
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
