Completely independent villa located in a residential area in Lacona, in the municipality of Capoliveri, one of the major tourist areas of the island. The fine sandy beach is one of the largest and alternates free areas with concession areas that have services such as rental of sun beds and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and equipment for water sports. A place where man and nature meet, characterized by a unique landscape context, it is the only beach in the Tuscan Archipelago that has retained some dune areas. Near the beach there are also many bars, restaurants, food and other shops for every convenience; without forgetting that the proximity to Portoferraio makes it a convenient location for touring other sides of the island.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed
- check-in on site from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Pets are allowed for a cleaning surcharge of €30.00 (maximum 1 pet)
- as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside
- deposit (mandatory): 400 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
