« We usually try to find a Springhill Suite to stay at when we travel as we’ve always had a great experience. This was the only property we have not had a gods experience. When we got to our room the beds weren’t made after the last guests left and there were dirty dishes in the room. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. The continental breakfast only had eggs and what appeared to be boiled sausage patties. »

« Well situated near I-65. The room had been renovated so pretty good but very old building. The lobby and the attendant’s office were upside down. We weren’t inspired to take the complementary breakfast. Are room 202 the air conditioner made a lot of noise so we didn’t get a good rest. A couple of junk food restaurants close to walk to. OK for the price if you have a silent air conditioning or don’t need it. »

« This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel in error., Once I realized this when checking in, After checking in we get on the elevator and it was really hot and smelly like someone tried to clean up throw up. My daughter’s room smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains were falling down, and was totally disgusting. Me and my wife room was the same and when we went to go take a shower, the water would not drain and your feet are stuck soaking in backup water that would not...

« The check in was quick. The room was clean and the restroom was clean. This was the most important to me »

« We had issues checking in. The floor in the rooms were dirty. The pool was horrendous and my kids were so disappointed they could not swim. A group of people came in and had a party with loud voices, fighting and screaming from 2:30AM to 6:30AM. It scared us and fortunately our kids slept through it. I did not. I would avoid this motel at all costs! You have been warned. »
