'Geweldige ontvangst, zeer vriendelijk personeel, een zeer goed ontbijt. Hotel is vrij nu en heeft een prachtige inrichting met mooie kamers.'

'Other than noisy elevators and ice machines you could hear in the room which kept us awake, place was great!'

'Very nice at the front desk and clean rooms!'

'Very clean and friendly service. Well maintained hallways/bathrooms/kitchen areas.'

'none'

'Our room was not serviced while we were out all day. We left our room at 11:30 AM and returned at 9:30 PM only to find that our room had not been cleaned, towels refreshed etc. and no, we did not have our do not disturb on. Thank you.'

'The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Location is great, front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise gym is spacious and well-designed, looking onto a small patio. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would book it again when returning to downtown Madison.'

'Very good value for money. Excellent location for road travellers'

'Newer property in good shape. Good size rooms. However, staff wasn’t real helpful. There were a number of kids in the hotel for a hockey tournament and they were out of control running around, playing hockey in the hallway, overrunning the pool, with their parents playing loud music late at night . Staff seemed completely uninterested in dealing with the issue. I won’t book here anymore, it was pretty bush league.'

'Good, affordable place near west Madison.'

'Every single person was super friendly and happy to answer any questions I had even as simple as recommendations for dinner, uber etc!!'
