Amazing location! The house was perfect for our stay, with beautiful ocean views and incredible sunrises each morning. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after spending the day exploring the nearby towns. We used the fire pit almost every night, and the bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group of seven. Craig was a wonderful host — very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.One tip for future guests: download the Welcome Guide to your phone or take a screenshot before arriving. Cellular service can be spotty without Wi‑Fi, so having the guide handy will make it much easier to access the Wi‑Fi password and other important details.

Beautiful home with amazing views, well appointed and stocked with every amenity. The home has amazing views from nearly every room and the home is extremely private and secluded from tourists. We were able to walk down the rocks when the tide was out and searched for shells and rocks. The deck and fire pit was perfect for nighttime s’mores and chilling out listening to the waves. If you are looking for a place to unwind while being minutes from the action of Perkins Cove, this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful oceanfront home. It was very comfortable for our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 grandchildren, age 3 and 7. We loved the views, looking for seashells, making s’mores in the firepit and walking on the rocks. The house is well equipped. The only thing we had to purchase were beach chairs and an umbrella.It was a very hot week, and the air conditioning worked really well. Communication with Craig was immediate and friendly. Our granddaughter asked if we could go back next summer and stay at the same house. I hope we can make it happen.

90th birthday celebration

The property is in a wonderful location on the water with a gorgeous view. Lots of big windows to see that spectacular view. Well stocked kitchen and we loved the fie pit! My family loved their stay!

Great views! The house had a lot of amenities, including an ice maker, wine cooler and washer/dryer. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and played corn hole and bocce ball and used the firepit. Kitchen area is very spacious.
