Twin with a nice size living room, eating area and sunroom addition. Freshly painted and new vinyl floors throughout. The front deck is covered and spacious enough for all guests. There are two full bathrooms along with an outdoor shower. The property has a nice fenced-in backyard with a covered back porch, brick pavers, a picnic table with an umbrella and a gas grill. There are also two eating areas inside the house for your convenience. The third bedroom/sunroom off of the kitchen has sliding barn doors for privacy, a queen size sofa bed and sliders to the back porch. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. Bed sheets and towels are not provided. We recommend Linen Ladies as a service for linens and towels, if needed. Please remember to bring your own. The Lobster House, Dry Dock, C-View Inn, Lucky Bones, Wawa and the scenic harbor with the Fishermen's Memorial are all within walking distance.
