Perfect for 2 families w/ a King & Queen Bed and the third bedroom comes w/a full/twin bunkbed that has a twin pull out in addition to a twin bed. (Sleeps 8 total)

In ground 8ft deep Salt Water Pool perfect for relaxing in the day with your kids if the beach is too much of a chore or having dinner out on the deck. Our yard is fenced in and perfect for your furry friend. *Dog Friendly* Newly added Hot Tub

Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Great for coming together and socializing.

Outdoor shower! Our pool is open seasonally from some part of April until early October, weather permitting. Please reach out to find out if it will be open during your stay. Our Hot Tub is open Year Round!jj

We do have two security cameras on the exterior of the property. One is at our front door and one is on the pool in the backyard for safety.

By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our swimming pool and bunk beds:
1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above;
2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above

Our lush gardens and privacy trees do produce foliage in the pool. Please rest assure we do have pool cleaning and servicing 2x per week and all chemicals are balanced. Due to flexible check in days and 2 night minimums, pool cleaning may happen during your stay.

Great stay. Perfect for the four of us staying with our two dogs. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room. Spacious backyard. Used the fire pit but didn’t have a chance to enjoy the hot tub. House is located only 10min to the heart of CapeMay and the beaches.

Had a great stay at this location. It’s in a pretty convenient spot that made it easy to head downtown and easy to head over to some wineries. The beach was also basically blocks away. The location has a pool and hot tub that we really enjoyed using during our stay. In addition to the above- the host was very responsive and answered any questions right away. Overall we had a great stay and will likely stay again down the line!

House had plenty of room. Very dark house in the rooms which makes it hard to see depending on the time of the day. Covered in dog hair from previous renters. Could hardly enjoy the outside because the neighbors were always outside smoking Marijuana and we have a baby .

Great place, great location

Family friendly place in a great location in North Cape May. Plenty of room for a large family and the backyard was a perfect spot for everyone to hang out, swim or use the hot tub. Walking distance to Wawa and Acme. Short drive to the North Cape May beach or a 10 minute drive into Cape May. Good communication, definitely recommend!

Great Location to Stores, restaurant's and beach area

Property is well maintained, spacious clean, very nice neighborhood. Great Backyard. Hot Tub is amazing. Kitchen and living room has very nice updates. However, laundry Light will not come on. Microwave sits up way too high for average person to reach. Kids room could use a TV to keep them occupied. Better selection of different size pots and pans would be nice. I would definitely recommend this establishment to family and friends and would certainly stay here again.

Great location and not too far from town or the beach. Outdoor area was a great area to come back after a long day at the beach or shopping and hang out/relax. However, we were disappointed with the air conditioning situation. While the listing stated air conditioning and the AC was working for the living area/kitchen, there was no airflow up in the bedrooms leaving the upstairs hot. There were fans in the windows of the bedrooms but the air conditioners were inside the closets on the floor not set up/not working. This also did not leave much space to put bags/luggage then. But overall, we had a wonderful time!

It had its pluses and minuses

My husband and I and our adult children and parters spent four days here. First, the host is extremely responsive which is great. We loved the pool and hot tub and the neighborhood was quiet. While it was nice that things like toilet paper, soap etc was provided I have to say that I was disappointed in the house for the price I paid..literally everything needs updating..the blurry online pictures don’t really portray that. Beds were old and uncomfortable. It was just not what I was expecting and I chose to be further away from everything because I thought the house was going to be amazing for what I paid. Overall we still had a good time, but others should know this is far from a luxury experience.
