'we had 3rd floor room w/window seat. Wow factor hits when entering room, large, very clean, well appointed, plus that view of water plus docked boats. Breakfast process is unique, you order by phone and staff brings it to your room, A short written explanation of the entire process would be welcome, ex can you order a bagel IF you order a muffin (yes), what types of bagels are there, coffee came in a pot not a cup, which worked out great, but we did not know that until it appeared. etc. Website...

'Parking is disastrous. Plan on using the valet service at $15 a day so you don’t have to walk down the road to park your car and retrieve it. Management should plan to pave the grass out front. Other than that and broken ice machine very nice stay and good restaurant.'

'Needs a inside pool'

'The host is very friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the door lock and he was able to reset the lock instantly over the phone during check in. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are very clean with more than enough supplies, although the kitchen plates are all plastic and worn. The retreat is very cozy and is only 7 minutes from the ferry, very convenient. We had a good sleep.'

'Definitely a must . From the front desk to the maintenance people really friendly and helpful.. There was some weather issues but they keep in touch the whole way. we stay in the Tree House Clean,enough space for a family of 4 , Has it's own little kitchen withch is so convenient for us with tiny kids Private enough we didn't have to worry about bothering others.. If you are looking for views this is not the place since is on the back of the property. It was great for us.. we loved it.'

'Room was clean, patio doors were clean. There were quite a few ants in the bathroom, along with one roach,(which I killed but didn't tell my wife.) My only complaint is the pillows. There were 4-5 on the bed, but all were flat. We ended up going to Dollar General and buying 2 new pillows..'
