The Yacht Club is a public area of Cape Coral, meaning all amenities are open to visitors with no membership or fees required.

Cape Coral is known as the “Venice of America,” featuring more than 400 miles of navigable waterways. This waterfront property sits directly on a canal with direct access and no bridges leading to the Caloosahatchee River, which flows out to the Gulf of Mexico.
