Our goal is to make traveling easier so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday essentials plus specialty items including a lobster pot, waffle maker, drip coffee maker, Keurig, slow cooker, electric kettle and Instant Pot (and more). A second refrigerator is available in the garage.

Families can leave much of the bulky gear at home—we provide a portable crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, stroller, baby utensils, play mat and other children’s essentials.

We want you to relax, have fun and feel at home! We simply ask that you help us care for our property and respect our neighbors.

Guests & Visitors
• Maximum overnight occupancy: 12 guests
• All overnight guests must be registered
• Local visitors require prior approval
• No parties or events

Smoking & Property Care
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Outdoor ashtrays are provided
• No illegal drugs or firearms
• No confetti or glitter
• No tape, pins or adhesives on walls, ceilings or furniture
• No commercial filming or photography without prior approval

Pool, Hot Tub & Waterfront Safety

• No food or drinks in the pool or hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty
• Children and pets should be supervised at all times
• Pool, hot tub, canal, dock, kayaks and bikes are used at guests’ own risk
• Pool safety gate, life jackets and bicycle helmets are provided
• Pool heater is off May–September; water temperature varies with weather conditions

Dog-Friendly — NO PET FEE

• Up to 2 house-trained dogs under 50 lbs each
• Please let us know when booking if bringing dogs
• No dogs on beds or furniture
• Dogs must be safely crated when left unattended
• Dog beds, toys, bowls, treats & crates are provided
• Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or additional cleaning beyond normal use (please keep up on shedding)

• Please keep doors and windows closed while A/C or heat is operating
• Stays longer than 2 weeks require bi-weekly professional cleaning; fee applies
• No mail or packages without prior approval
• Starter household supplies are provided; additional supplies may be needed for longer stays
• Internet service is provided but cannot be guaranteed during provider outages

Exterior Security Cameras

For guest and property safety, exterior motion-activated cameras include a Ring Doorbell at the front entry, a garage camera facing the driveway and a backyard camera facing the A/C units. There are no cameras inside the home.
