Completely remodeled and amazing!! I have just updated the outside and inside pictures so everything is up to date! It's just beautiful!!! Just wait until you see it!! White kitchen with beautiful white counter tops, all new appliances and both downstairs bathrooms have been completely remodeled and all new furniture inside and out! Here is our old description and everything holds true but just know it’s all going to be completely updated and amazing!!!! ........

Beautifully Appointed Gulf Access Heated Pool Home Located in the coveted Rose Garden. This home is Situated on the Premiere 200'+wide "CASABA CANAL", only mins to the River & Gulf Of Mexico. This Beautiful home offers 3200 sq ft & features 6 bedrooms, 4 baths & Great Room. The Kitchen has a brand new electric Stove, Granite, & Custom Wood Cabinetry. Formal & Casual Dining Areas, inside & out, for entertaining. The Master bedroom is located on the 1st floor, Beautiful Master Bath with Gorgeous Walk-in Shower, Soaking Tub, & Double Vanities. Two additional Bedrooms & Pool Bath can be found on the 1st floor. Upstairs awaits you... 3 more Guest Rooms & 2 Baths to keep all our guests comfortable. Outside enjoy a spacious Lanai overlooking the Beautiful Heated Pool & Spa! Boaters will enjoy the Superb Boating Access, No Bridges or Locks! Composite Dock & large Captains Walk. If you are bringing a boat there is plenty of room to tie up to the dock. Relax under the Tiki Hut & enjoy the Boats and Fantastic Views! We have 2 Kayaks to use at the home (at your own risk of course). They are on an easy to use lift and you can spend hours enjoying the canals! Or if you like to stay home you can do the same from the hot tub or sitting on the dock, you will be amazed with all the wildlife you will see! This is outside living at its finest in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Cape Coral. You will enjoy every minute of your vacation in this home.
The owner has upgraded the TV's recently so we have the main living room and lanai TV hooked up to Cable & Roku. Then the Master bedroom, 1 downstairs bedroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms that have TV's with Roku & HD antennas to get basic channels. Roku allows you to be able watch your own netflix accounts on any of the TV's! If you have any questions please just ask.
We have fishing poles, bikes, kayaks, cooler, beach equipment, some pool floats, beach towels and more! Ask questions if you have them!

We feel the house was very nice, clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The house needs a little upkeep…light bulbs, pillows lacking, mattress some good some not, kayaks are showing wear-cracks. On the whole it was good 4 stars

Fantastic place to stay. 3 families with four teenagers. There was plenty to do, whether it was swimming kayaking fishing or just sitting around enjoying the view of manatees swimming by the dock. Host was very responsive to our questions/inquiries. Would definitively go back.

Beautiful home! Very clean and roomy! The pool is amazing! We had a bit of trouble with the hot tub, but the host was great working with us. Fishing was fun right off the dock, I caught snapper and sheepshead (released them). There were several restaurants in the area and plenty of choices for groceries. We cooked in several nights.

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed! We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees off the dock. Also, the pool and spa at sunset was spectacular! The property manager was awesome and responded quickly to all messages.

Ah-mazing!

This home was everything we could have asked for and more. The location was ideal and centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. Being on a major canal was a benefit to watching the boats go by and next time we will probably rent our own boat. The house itself was beautiful, every bedroom was well thought out. The pool & spa were perfect for for play & relaxing. Jill was great to communicate with on the minor questions that we had. AAA Highly recommend

Easy entry and exit. Great location to boat from. The dock was a great place to enjoy the boat traffic. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp. Comfortable couches, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

This home was just as advertised. Beautiful home, well stocked, clean and absolutely amazing. The check-in process was easy and the property manager, Jill, was awesome. The pool, spa and the view of the waterway were the best parts of our stay. The Cape Coral area was nice and the area restaurants were fantastic. Will definitely be booking another stay.

Very rainy. But very Relaxing

The first two days of our stay was beautiful sunny weather. Then the rest of the week a tropical storm came through. Even through that, the house was designed for relaxing. We even sat by the pool during the rain and stayed dry. . Restaurants in the area excellent.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home and the great location! Jill was very responsive. They've thought of everything here! We had a coolers, beach chairs, towels and pool toys to make our stay very enjoyable. The instructions were very detailed and we had no issues at all. The pool was the perfect temperature to enjoy it all times of the day. We would absolutely stay at this house again!

Great vibe!

Had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral in mid-February at the "Unbeatable" house with two other couples. The house has a great, relaxing vibe to it. Pictures and house description are accurately depicted. Nice open first floor layout with nice furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked dinner 3 nights and made big breakfast every day. Pool and hot tub were beautiful and in good working order. Fun to hang out on the deck overlooking the canal and watch boats go by. Some feedback from our group were the beds were a little soft and would like to have been more supportive for our backs. Also, there were too many TV/cable/stereo remotes and that got a little confusing on what controlled what. Weather was fantastic with gorgeous sunsets every night. Neighborhood area was nice for walks. Would stay here again.

We had a great week-stay in this beautiful home! The house was perfect for 11 people, so spacious! The kids had a great time swimming in the pool/hot tub and fishing from the dock! We were even able to see a manatee and a couple dolphins right from the dock! The location was great, not far from some fantastic restaurants and bars—super peaceful at night! 10/10 recommend!

Very nice accommodations.

Reserved this property for week long golf trip. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. It’s our 5 th year doing this and this was the best property we’ve rented. The location is convenient to dining and the water. The host Jill was super nice and responsive. Definitely will be number one choice next year.
