Enjoy your stay in Cape Coral in the comfort of this splendid home. There's plenty of space for family and friends to relax, all within sunlit rooms. The master bedroom (with a king bed) is right off the dining table, and includes an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom sits next to the deck, with a queen bed and a bathroom right next door. The final two bedrooms are set near the home office, perfect for kids who want their space. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds, with a bathroom between them.

Even while relaxing beside the pool, guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the nearby canal. The home is even dog-friendly, so feel free to throw an extra sausage on the private gas grill for them.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
