With over 2100 Sq Ft this home will have space for your entire family, including your furry ones. The large backyard, quiet and private and is fenced to allow your pets the freedom to enjoy the sunshine. With western exposure in the pool area, it is sure you will be delighted with the most colorful sunsets and all day sunshine. Gas BBQ grill and lanai dining will really bring the Florida Living to you on your vacation.

This nicely furnished home has a well-stocked kitchen and open concept living space. Flat screen TV and comfortable seating for those days you want to relax and watch your favorite program. Bright, sunny and open with a formal dining area and also a breakfast nook that overlooks the pool.

We made the house work for what we needed

The house was nice for our little families needs, but it wasn't as it was listed. They took phenomenal pictures and edited them well before posting. The carpets had a good amount of stains, the couches (though comfortable) did smell like dogs, the beds were super cheap mattresses, the Floorplan online showed 4 bedrooms but 1 of them was locked (for what I believe was house hold items not available for renters/storage room), and the pool had a cover on it that I had to remove and fold up myself before the pool was ready, and the dishwasher didn't clean anything. With all of that said, we weren't there very often and my boys who are 2 and 4 could care less about any of that. The pool was warm and mostly clean so they had a blast in it. Great washer and dryer which made beach trips easy for cleaning and prepping for next day. Good size master bedroom and bath was really nice for our family. Make sure you buy toilet paper, sponge, soap, garbage bags, and paper towels.

Great house, great pool

It was a nice house, very clean and kept up. The day bed mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but that’s just personal preference. The pool was great! The yard and property were overall nice and comfy.

Villa Eagles View!

We spent a wonderful 6 weeks at Villa Eagles View! The Rowland staff was excellent! Properly is over nice, very private, in a good neighborhood. Pool is large and very private! Kitch is well equipped, nice towels, walk in shower in master plus a soaking tub. We have booked for next year, think that says it all!!

Wonderful house with a beautiful pool area! Very private.

You will love your stay at Villa Eagle View. We did. It was close to everything that we wanted to do, mostly visiting my Mother-in-Law who lives there. My son loved having the pool on site and pool cage is a total must!!! Very nice management company too. We hope to be able to come back in the next year.

It's OK...

The good things: convenient location and nice fenced area for the dogs to potty. The bad things: The carpet is beyond dirty and should be replaced. There were black dirt lines all the way around the baseboards in all the carpeted rooms. I didn't even want to walk on it with my bare feet. All the towels smelled like mildew because the front load washing machine is infested with it. Don't expect to cook here. The kitchen cookware is a joke...one pan was completely rusted with the Teflon peeling off and the others were made of really cheap aluminum. You will also have to buy dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper during your stay. They provide very little (if any) supplies for your stay. The mattress on the master bed was awful...there were places where the springs were completely busted. I brought all of this up to the management company before leaving and they were unfazed by my feedback. Hopefully the owners of this rental will see my review and do something about these issues. It was a very disappointing stay.
