Perfect Vacation House

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our annual January vacation at this rental property. Everything was beautifully maintained and the bedding was very comfortable. I usually bring a set of travel cooking knives as most rental properties are woefully inadequate in this regard, but I am happy to say that I didn't even need to unpack them during our stay. We hope to return next year !!

Great quiet home.

Wonderful,clean quiet home for my wife and I and our dogs.We come to Cape Coral often just to get away from home.Everything about the house was perfect.Back porch and pool area was just right for some adult beverages and a cigar.The dogs loved the back yard,much smaller than ours but they still loved to explore.Several pairs of dove would call to us while floating in the pool.This is our favorite in the area!

Beware disabled adults

Everything was great except the cord did not work upon arrival. We e are both in our 70's and had trouble with entry and exit to pool and hot tub because no hand rail support. I am 100 percent disabled. Not good for anyone with health issues.

Refreshing Vacation

Great spot-period-but especially if you have a dog. The fenced back yard has enough space for our furry baby to sniff and stay close. The TV outback with the pool took swimming two notches up. The set up is spaciously comfortable. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade but it was still enjoyable. There’s a virtual concierge attached to the wall that makes finding what you’re looking for a breeze. The manager is friendly and easy to get into contact with. The neighborhood was calm and the residents were polite. Stores/Restaurants/Gas close by. Tips: Be prepared to wash/dry (for quicker turnover with housekeeping) Contact manager to override heat timer in pool/spa Floating Devices/Toys for the pool were in good condition There is an-unlisted-locked 4th room & a SUV in the garage-owners belongings-don’t be alarmed. We ended up staying an extra night-that’s just how much we enjoyed ourselves.

Stay was great except for washing machine not working properly. Beds and couch could use upstages as well. However, I was not happy with the VRBO extra fees that I didn’t know about. I will not go through VRBO again for vacationing.

Great Stay in Cape Coral

The property was as described and worked perfect for our 3 week stay. We were able to enjoy ourselves at the pool while still working during our time at the house. The weather was perfect for us as well which definitely was a great break from the cold and snow in Indiana. The property managers were great and responded promptly to our questions and resolved any issues/concerns that we had during our stay. It is a great location close to Pine Island and beaches which made the stay even better.

Fantastic Property!

We were pleasantly that the house was even better in person than it appeared in the listing. The furnishings and decor were much better than the average rental property usually provides. The house had everything you could need and then some! The pool and spa were such a welcome addition to our stay. Our dog loved the fenced in yard to play.

Clean, well Maintained and Private

If Cape Coral is where you want to stay, you should strongly consider this house. Communication was excellent. The house was found very clean and ready on time. It's difficult to find a house this well equipped, everything from extra toilet paper, paper towels and even soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. As it was winter when we stayed we asked for pool heat. It was on and ready for our enjoyment when we arrived. One of the most private backyards we have ever stayed at. If we ever return to Cape Coral, this will be our first choice.
